? How do I apply for a role?

? Do you hire freshers and interns?
Yes. Several of our roles are open to freshers, and we run internships across marketing, design and development. What matters most to us is attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn — you'll get real ownership and senior mentorship from day one.
? What is the interview process like?
It's short and respectful of your time: a quick intro call, a role-specific conversation or small task, and a final chat with the team you'd work with. We aim to give you a clear decision within a week — no ghosting, no endless rounds.
? Is remote or hybrid work available?
Most roles are based at our Bhubaneswar office with flexible hours, and some — like content and design — can be hybrid or remote. If a role supports remote work, it's noted in the listing; if you're unsure, just ask us when you apply.
